Role Summary:
The individual will be a dynamic and creative thinker, with experience in Business Partnering successfully across functions. The incumbent will be metrics driven and hence will help build a culture of accountability and a solid sense of performance-based outcomes.
--Understand the business strategy, the drivers of business success and the people implications
Establish Business Partnership to create people plans to support their big goals and objectives
Partner with managers to retain, develop, engage and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement.
Align business strategies with HR strategies and initiatives, diagnose business challenges, explore alternative solutions and recommend best-fit solutions
Help Business leaders understand the organizational climate; actively seek to improve the culture and performance levels in Cvent
Work with the centers of expertise and the business to implement performance management systems and practices
Identify and provides conflict resolution with employee relations issues
Conducts research, analyzes HR data and prepare reports to help influence business decisions
Provide talent management consulting through the identification of critical roles, development of success profiles, talent assessment and succession planning
Provide change management consulting within the team to support the continual evolution of the business and increase the success of efforts to enhance/shift culture and performance
Coordinating with COE HR teams with regard to mobility, relocation, compensation and talent assessments
Strong business and HR acumen ( strong HRBP knowledge), including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of stakeholder management
Experience in a fast paced, full life cycle HR Business Partnering, generalist environment with a rapidly growing company (IT Services/ Product Software Companies)
Experience in working with senior business leaders & with partners in specialist HR functions
Experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders
Relationship management capabilities
Maturity in dealing with complex situations, changes, and requirements and comfortable operating in and make decisions in ambiguous settings
