Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team at Inches N Feet. As an Architect, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including architectural design, BIM services, structural analysis, permit drawings, 3D rendering, quantity take-offs, and MEP coordination. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design and possess a strong passion for creating innovative and functional spaces.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
Experience in structural analysis and detailing
Familiarity with 3D rendering, animation, and virtual reality tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, design team, and contractors
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Roles And Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and the design team to develop creative architectural solutions that meet project requirements
Prepare architectural design drawings, presentations, and detailed construction documents
Utilize BIM software to create accurate and detailed models
Conduct structural analysis and develop detailed structural drawings
Prepare permit drawings and collaborate with local authorities to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
Create high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and virtual reality walkthroughs
Perform quantity take-offs and provide cost estimation for projects
Coordinate with MEP team to ensure efficient integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Provide support during construction phases, review shop drawings, and address any design-related issues
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design
