Role Overview: As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the footprint in the IBERIA and LATAM markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, driving new customer acquisitions, and leading a high-performing sales team. Your expertise in solution sales, particularly in BPM solutions, will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective GTM strategies to penetrate the IBERIA and LATAM markets.
• Drive new customer acquisitions to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.

• Proven track record in solution sales, with a strong emphasis on BPM and automation solutions.
• Extensive experience in the IBERIA and LATAM markets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.
