We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee fulfillment operations across all countries. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the logistics and supply chain processes to ensure efficient delivery of goods to our global customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage international shipping and customs clearance processes to ensure compliance with regulations and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Analyze logistics data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to coordinate promotional activities and ensure adequate inventory levels to support marketing campaigns.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics operations to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role managing international logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including shipping, customs, and inventory management.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in German and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, but not a must.
• Strong to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
