Network Engineer

The role provides objective based product and solutions technical support to sales teams in achieving their mission, and assists in the deliverance and promotion of Ruijie Networks’ core value to overseas customers in telecommunication segment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Provide technical assistant and support to Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd ’s channel, system integration and distributor (Value Added Distributor - VAD)

2.Establish the services process system (Services Support, RMA process, etc.) with the covering countries and be responsible for the quality of the services in those countries;

3.Develop Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd’ channel partner/system integration/distributor (VAD) support skill by managing and conducting Post Sales technical training (Certified Training)/workshop regularly；

4.Close collaborate with Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd 2nd Level (TAC) support team to address partner(s) and end customer support requests;

5.Collaborate with Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd’s R&D team to conduct new product feature and POC tests, help to release to the Spain market.

REQUIREMENTS

1.Solid 3 years related practical and design & planning experience in IP Networking, strong in Routing & Switching, Data Centre Metro Ethernet, IP RAN and WLAN technology

2.Certified professional with (any of): CCNP/CCIE [Cisco Systems], ASE/Master ASE [HP Enterprise], Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), HCNP/HCIE [Huawei Enterprise], JNCIP/JNCIE [Juniper Networks]

3.Solid hands-on technical experience on routing & switching and wireless technology

4.Excellent interpersonal understanding and organizational coordination skills

5.Fluent English and Spanish
