Job title: Virtual HR Trainer.

Schedule:

  • Each training session will encompass approximately four working days’ worth of training topics and course material

Qualifications:

  • Experienced Instructor who is current or former federal employee and subject matter expert on the federal workforce

Duties:

  • Ensure HR professionals are properly trained on processing personnel actions
  • Conduct multiple sessions accommodating up to 25 people each
  • Training includes:
  • Utilizing OPM’s Guide to Processing Personnel Actions.
  • Proper use of terminology, forms, codes, remarks, and authorities.
  • Computing service computation dates, processing "Within-Grade" determinations, and other HR actions
