We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the impeccable performance and user experience of our website. As a QA Analyst, you will meticulously design and execute test plans and cases, leaving no stone unturned in your quest for perfection. Your keen eye for detail and innovative thinking will be instrumental in uncovering potential issues and devising creative solutions. Salary: $70-80K / year

Location: On-Site 5 days / week in our Downtown Miami office

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years working in QA. OR, minimum of 5 years working in QA will be considered.
• Experience implementing test plans and test cases from scratch.
• Superior eye for detail and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Bonus points for: React, JavaScript experience and/or experience working with test automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright and BrowserStack

Responsibilities

• Meet with the software development and product design teams to discuss acceptance criteria and verification protocols.
• Analyze project and task requirements to gain a thorough understanding of deliverables and expected results.
• Develop comprehensive test plans outlining the testing approach, scope, resources, and tools.
• Create detailed and well-organized test cases based on project requirements and functional specifications.
• Execute test cases and identify/report defects, ensuring that user and business critical requirements are met, and website works seamlessly.
• Perform regression, smoke, and sanity tests as necessary.
• Demo working functionality to product owners or dev leads.
• Provide final sign off on new features.
