We're seeking a proficient PeopleSoft Financials Consultant with expertise in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft Financials modules to meet an organization's financial management needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize PeopleSoft Financials modules to meet the organization's financial management needs, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Budgeting.
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial processes and requirements, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions leveraging PeopleSoft Financials functionality.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft Financials modules, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and alignment with organizational chart of accounts and financial reporting structures.
• Oversee the migration of financial data from legacy systems to PeopleSoft Financials, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate PeopleSoft Financials configurations, ensuring system functionality, accuracy, and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Provide training and support to finance users to maximize utilization of PeopleSoft Financials features and functionalities.
• Investigate and resolve system issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.
• Plan and execute upgrades and patches for PeopleSoft Financials applications, optimizing system performance and user experience.
• Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training materials, facilitating knowledge sharing among finance team members.
• Ensure PeopleSoft Financials configurations and processes comply with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and consultants to resolve complex issues and optimize system performance.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in financial management technology and processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
