Responsibilities:


Weekly Marketing Emails:

  • Create and deploy compelling weekly marketing emails, showcasing our latest life insurance products, strategies, and services.
  • Develop effective Call-To-Actions (CTAs) to drive form submissions and engagement.

Webinars:

  • Organize webinars on pertinent topics related to life insurance and financial strategies.
  • Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations for each webinar, ensuring informative content delivery.
  • Manage webinar logistics using Zoom Webinars, sync with our website landing page, and promote through email and LinkedIn.

Website Management:

  • Maintain and optimize our GoDaddy/WordPress website to reflect current offerings and industry trends.
  • Utilize WordPress plugins such as Knowledge Base, Ninja Forms, Ultimate Member, WP Mail, User tracking, and Yoast for enhanced functionality.
  • Curate and upload informative videos and articles to our Knowledge Base, enriching client and advisor resources.

Contact Management:

  • Efficiently manage contact databases across platforms including MailChimp, Phone Burner, AccuPoint, and Smart Office to ensure data integrity and effective communication strategies.
  • Facilitate agent onboarding processes by preparing and shipping comprehensive onboarding kits, maintaining consistency with ARC branding standards.
  • Create effective fliers and marketing materials based on advisors needs

Quarterly Luncheons:

  • Coordinate logistics for quarterly luncheons, including venue selection, invitation distribution, and presentation material preparation.
  • Support marketing and one-on-one meetings with tailored content and physical collateral creation.

Web Applications Management:

  • Administer and optimize various web applications integral to our marketing operations, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, email campaigns, and webinar coordination within the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Expertise with MailChimp, Zoom, and WordPress, including proficiency in managing WordPress plugins.
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of crafting engaging content and fostering professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with GoDaddy/WordPress website management and SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
