Our Opportunity

The HRIS Support Specialist fills an important role in the maintenance and support of the iSolved system for internal and external users. The role works closely with all departments to provide training, general Tier 1 assistance and troubleshooting across the platform, and Tier 2 implementation support for a subset of specific components such as general ledger, timekeeping, or benefits enrollment. The individual in this role has a good understanding of the needs across all departments and their interactions within the HRIS to determine the optimal system level settings and best practices in data management and setup.

What You'll Do

  • Administration of the Aspen HRIS, iSolved.
  • System support and troubleshooting; escalation to iSolved support.
  • Review and distribute iSolved releases; work with all departments on critical updates.
  • Manage internal user access and security settings.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions; promote additional features or products for client awareness and adoption.
  • Lead and participate in projects and task forces to enhance system capabilities and settings.
  • Create documentation and setup guides for all iSolved user types.
  • Participate in iSolved webinars, conferences, round tables, and training.
  • Support team through the implementation and setup of additional components such as accruals, general ledger, timekeeping, and other modules; lead project directly with client, as needed.
  • Handle the addition and termination of iSolved ADD products to customer accounts.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience required; degree in business, technology, or computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Minimum five years of HRIS systems administration experience required
  • Experience in the HCM or PEO/ASO industry
  • Expertise with the iSolved HRIS platform
  • Experience with performing system tests and audits, documenting processes
