We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to work with all members of the HR team to support onboarding, benefits, as well as general administrative responsibilities. The individual will be working in a small team that provides an opportunity for exposure to all areas of human resources. The individual will use tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant to work with all members of the HR team to support onboarding, benefits, as well as general administrative responsibilities. The individual will be working in a small team that provides an opportunity for exposure to all areas of human resources. The individual will use tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative: Will provide general administrative support to the HR team, including but not limited to creating and maintaining employee files, enrolling and terminating employee benefits, and assisting employees with general HR questions.
- Employee Morale: Assist with social functions and other HR-sponsored activities. Will be in charge of Employee of the Month administration.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong written and oral skills
- Good ability to maintain high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.
- Possesses the ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service driven and attention to detail is a must.
