General Sales Manager

Are you passionate about outside sales and people management? Are you ready to lead your own branch location including day to day operations and P&L management? We're seeking a dynamic selling manager to lead and develop a team of recruiting and sales professionals for a thriving branch in the north Austin market. Our client is an established leader in the skilled trades staffing industry, supporting clients in the industrial and construction industries.

What you'll be doing:

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for building and executing market sales plans and designed to secure new client logos and expand the business within existing customer relationships. You'll also oversee the execution of strategic recruiting initiatives to build strong candidate pipelines and maintain high job order fulfillment rates. Lastly, you will leverage your financial acumen to manage the branch P&L and forecast profits and sales. This role is charged with managing and developing top talent in the branch team and delivering top notch customer service to both candidates and clients.

• A successful track record of selling and leading high-performance teams in the staffing industry.
• Ability to articulate how you would leverage your skills and experience to deliver strong results in this role.
• A minimum of one year of supervisory / management experience of a sales or service-oriented staff.
