ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers a portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. In the Fleet Compliance Coordinator role, you will work cross functionally with Carriers, Dispatchers, and Accounting to assure new and existing carriers are updated and meet company requirements and standards.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
During training the new member will work M-F 8-4:30 for 30-60 days.**
Pay: $18 - $22/hr. Based on Experience
$200 - $500/month bonus potential!
What will you be doing?
Qualify and set up carriers into our transportation management system.
Work with new and existing carriers to ensure that they are aware of requirements and expectations and update as needed.
Check insurance and safety requirements for existing carriers using DOT and FMCSA information.
Support dispatch and accounting with various projects as needed.
Must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Must have experience with Microsoft Office.
Prior experience in a call center environment preferred, but not required.
Prior experience working with logistics software is preferred, but not required.
Minimum of GED or HS Degree required.
Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
Must have attention to detail.
Must be able to problem solve and have good time management skills.
