Are you a reliable and organized professional with a keen eye for detail? A dynamic team on the westside of Jacksonville is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as an Office Clerk/Backup Receptionist. In this role, you will manage accurate record-keeping, assist with order confirmations, and support their Customer Service Department with various administrative tasks. You will also cross-train as a backup receptionist, providing coverage for breaks and vacations. salary: $17 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve information on request and return records to the correct locations.
  • Maintain an accurate record-keeping system with a proficient understanding of accurate filing.
  • Cross-train as a backup receptionist to cover breaks and vacations.
  • Assist with order confirmations and email documents to customers as requested by the Customer Service Department.
  • Label and update paper files, ensuring all files, both digital and paper, are correctly organized and stored.
  • Gather and organize files and documents for coworkers’ use.
  • Sort, deliver, and send mail.

  • Efficient in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and time management.
  • Basic computer skills required; advanced skills preferred.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
