As Director of Military Support Services, you'll spearhead our partnership network focused on providing critical EWS services to military personnel and their families. You'll oversee every facet of our program, from optimizing vendor partnerships to ensuring seamless service delivery and program growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize operational performance across our vendor network, ensuring top-notch service delivery and compliance with performance metrics.
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness, continually raising the bar on customer experience.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to innovate service models and meet evolving client needs.
Utilize advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements in service quality and financial outcomes.

Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in operations, program management, or a related field.
Proven track record in leadership and team management.
Experience in vendor management and optimizing partnership performance.
Familiarity with military culture and a commitment to enhancing the lives of military families.
Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or related industries.
Strong project management skills and a knack for driving change initiatives.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
