Help desk Engineer
Location: Martinez, GA/ Augusta, GA

Job Description: -
IT Help Desk, Customer Service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks.
- Phone support experience necessary.
- ITIL knowledge of V3 or higher. Especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Technical helpdesk experience is necessary.
- Disciplined, systematic problem-solving skills required.
- Windows Operating systems.
- Clients: Windows 10, and Windows 7.
- Basic Knowledge of Windows Servers.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, and Office 365.
- ITSM ticketing tools e.g., ServiceNow or any industry equivalent Service Management tool.
- User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists, etc.
- Remote desktop connectivity applications like MS Teams, Skype, SCCM, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools.
- MS Office Suite: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, MS Project, etc.
- Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Firefox).
- VPN and remote dial-in users.
- Support for laptop, desktops, and printers.
- Mobile Devices support.
- Others: Adobe Acrobat and other common desktop applications like WinZip, etc.
