Job Description for a Consultant I role


Designation: Consultant I

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university (Preference towards Business or Engineering focus)


Job Objective:


As a Consultant I, you will be closely working with a range of levels including Consultant II, Project Leads, and Principals for practice development and project delivery in the technology domain including TMT, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, Telecom, Semiconductor, and more. You will need to work with the project team to provide data-driven and analysis-rich deliverables deriving strategic insights as per the client requirements.


Job Overview:


You will be working closely with your project teams to conduct in-depth primary and secondary research, apply analysis techniques and derive interesting and meaningful insights for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research and analysis to understand client businesses, industries, and competitive landscapes.
  • Assisting in the development of client deliverables, including presentations, reports, and strategic plans.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, facilitate workshops, and implement recommendations.
  • Contributing to the identification of process inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
  • Supporting project managers in managing project timelines and deliverables.
  • Continuously learning and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Assist in business development activities by preparing project proposals.


Required Skills:

  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, draw meaningful insights, and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
