Burnside Infrastructure is a mid size civil construction company located in Hearne, TX. We preform all aspects of civil construction from earthwork, utilities, and concrete/paving.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Civil Supervisor at Burnside Infrastructure. As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring compliance with construction plans and specifications, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors. The role is located in San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and building codes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred or prior field experience
• Professional certification or licensure is a plus
