Business Analyst II

My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst II ( Accounting Project Support Specialist) to join their team in the Carolinas East Region. This role primarily supports the Transmission Project Management, Development, and Estimating organizations with various project throughput tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management support, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to analyze and report on project data

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational and tactical support to the Transmission Project Management or Development and Estimating organizations.
• Analyze and report on capital and O&M project/program data to aid in the implementation of a multi-year project and program portfolio.
• Offer project/program-related metric analysis support to enhance decision-making efforts, driving the most effective execution of a base load project portfolio.
• Collect and scrub project/program-related data for submission to Leadership for approvals.
• Support project/program activities such as creating project change requests, gate approval documentation, and documents for updating, tracking, and reporting department KPIs and QBR metrics.
• Communicate, track, organize, forecast, and report on project metrics, trend analysis, and variance reporting.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Accounting or a related field with 1 years of related experience, OR
• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Typical Weekly Schedule: 8-4:30, M-F
