Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. As an Automotive Salesperson, you will guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional buying experience and build long-lasting relationships with our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
Provide accurate information about our vehicles, pricing, and availability
Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and goals
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and secure customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues
Stay updated on product knowledge, manufacturer incentives, and financing options
Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot to enhance the customer experience
Utilize CRM tools and systems to manage customer interactions and sales activities effectively
Continuously seek out opportunities for professional growth and development within the automotive industry
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to exceed expectations
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Education and Training:

This position operates in a showroom and outdoor sales lot environment
Flexible hours may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking around the lot, and occasional lifting of vehicle accessories or paperwork
