With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields – physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more – and brought in the world’s leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab’s proprietary Flexologist ™ training ensures that their client’s receive a world-class stretching session. StretchLab currently has 300 locations open nationwide with immediate plans for expansion.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant General Manager to support our GM, drive sales efforts, and contribute to the overall success of our StretchLab location. The AGM will be responsible for driving membership and session package sales, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the studio's revenue targets are met. This role requires a passion for fitness, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Contribute to and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly membership and revenue targets.
  • Lead by example and actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.


Lead Generation & Management:

  • Perform warm lead prospecting calls to potential customers who have expressed interest through grassroots and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Build, develop, and maintain grassroots marketing and networking.
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
  • Schedule and participate in “Pop Up” networking/ community events and studio promotions.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential clients to understand their wellness and fitness goals and needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and meet clients' needs throughout their StretchLab experience.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.


Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales metrics, conversion rates, and client retention to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports and provide regular updates to the studio owner and management team on sales performance.


Operational Support:

  • Work closely with the studio general manager, Flexologist, and other sales staff to ensure smooth operations and a seamless client experience.
  • Assist with scheduling, booking appointments, and maintaining accurate client records in the studio's ClubReady management system.


Qualifications:

  • Passion for Boutique Fitness: A genuine passion for fitness and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle are important qualities. Candidates should be zealous about helping others achieve their fitness goals and gifted in inspiring and motivating clients.
  • Experience and Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets ideally in a fitness or wellness environment.
  • Empathy and Compassion: The ability to empathize with clients and understand their individual needs and challenges is essential. Candidates should be compassionate and patient, adapting their approach to meet the diverse needs and abilities of clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication is crucial in a boutique fitness setting. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen actively, show empathy, and offer outstanding customer service. They should be able to establish rapport with clients and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Positive and Inclusive Environment: Candidates should have the ability to create a positive and inclusive environment that welcomes individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels. They should foster an atmosphere of acceptance, respect, and encouragement, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported.

Schedule flexibility is also paramount and candidates should have availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
