Job Overview

Stellantis is seeking a high-potential, detail-oriented, analytical, open-minded, and energetic "Buyer” and “Senior Buyer” candidates. The candidates will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods (such as raw materials, spare parts, moulds) and services to meet the company's operational requirements, considering factors such as price, quality, and delivery, with a focus on ensuring continuous qualitative purchasing. The role will be located in Türkiye, and potential candidates will provide service and work with all countries worldwide where Stellantis operates. Key Responsibilities

● Lead sourcing process for regional needs in accordance with global process and standards.

● Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for direct materials, ensuring the highest quality standards at the most competitive prices.

● Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to optimize pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

● Execute benchmarks and market studies to build appropriate strategy considering network design want to be.

● Lead the contract drafting and negotiation with the supplier in collaboration with the stakeholders and legal department.

● Support communication about contracts with other relevant departments.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to forecast material needs and ensure timely procurement.

● Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance metrics.

● Manage the contract to ensure productivity, and quality during the execution phase.

Continuously assess supplier performance and develop strategies to enhance supplier relationships and mitigate risks.

Qualifications and Experience Levels:

● The candidate must have a University Degree or above in a Major Discipline (ie.Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics)

● The candidate must be fluent, both in written and spoken, in English. French will be a plus.

● A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in purchasing coupled with strong expertise in supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting, is required.

● Experience in contract negotiations and contract management
