Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Associate at Valiram in Singapore. As a Retail Associate, your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive and customer-focused shopping experience. You will also be responsible for effective communication with customers and assisting with any inquiries or needs that arise.

Requirements

• Sales and customer-oriented.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Working hours: 44 hours per week (include weekend, PHs), retail hours and 3 Off days in a week.

• Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include previous retail experience, knowledge of luxury brands, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work on Sentosa island
