Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
End-to-end recruitment: Managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Conducting interviews: Screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial rounds of interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Managing joining formalities: Handling the paperwork and processes involved in new employee onboarding, including documentation and induction sessions.
