Role – Director Sales Operations


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence and Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with the international sales team to provide information and insights that drive profitable growth, support strategic initiatives, and ensure the quality and productivity of our CRM and allied systems. The ideal candidate will be an expert in CRM systems such as MS Dynamics and Salesforce with a strong emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities


Profitable Growth

  • Provide actionable information and insights to execute strategies for driving growth in top accounts and verticals.
  • Support top management in strategic initiatives by delivering a comprehensive catalog of services to stakeholders.
  • Offer CRM support, account and industry intelligence, and integrated services to stakeholders.


Quality and Productivity

  • Ensure CRM information is accurate and up-to-date, enabling effective decision-making by management.
  • Measure and report on data accuracy, making progress visible and actionable.
  • Drive automation in systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.


People and Knowledge Management

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in CRM systems like MS Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team and across the organization.


Innovation and Collaboration

  • Lead sales and commercial integration efforts for systems used by the team.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for an integrated view of CRM using Microsoft Dynamics and allied systems.
  • Continuously improve sales dashboards using tools such as Power BI, enabling self-service capabilities.


Initiatives

  • Actively participate and contribute to organization-wide initiatives aimed at operational improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and technologies to enhance overall team performance.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Experience working with international sales teams.
  • Familiarity with account and industry intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales and commercial integration processes.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
