YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Guide and execute work delivering optimal leadership, learning and development activities to achieve operational goals and objectives
• Guide and execute work, localising and implementing global leadership, learning and development frameworks, processes, and tools to achieve operational goals and objectives
• Guide and execute work, collaborating with stakeholders to identify leadership, learning and development needs and implement appropriate solutions.
• Guide and execute work to deliver the assigned countries training calendar
• Guide and execute work to implement digital tools and systems that can support an efficient and accurate leadership learning and development program
• Manages Country P&C learning development processes including implementing new country strategic priorities and managing the execution of tasks
• Partners with appropriate CoE leaders, to define/implement processes and procedures for leadership, learning, onboarding and development
• Drives country learning activities, such as establishing learning objectives, managing country learning content, managing enrolment, managing completions and assessing impact of learning
• Curate, modify, develop and deliver local mandatory and local learning needs and offers in alignment with global standards
• Consults P&C BPs and Country Leaders on learning approach, utilization and other talent strategies to secure country learning and skills needs are met
• Responsible for the securing learning content delivered in line with the Global Learning Journey Framework and Enablers
• Partners with the Global P&C Learning CoE to identify and prioritize learning needs and skills
• Responsible for staying up to date on new learning trends, modalities and strategies and serves as a learning SME for their country organization
• Secures learning and leadership programs utilize learning KPIs and ROI methodology
• Provide expertise and support on learning projects, programs and solutions in partnership with Global P&C Leadership & Learning Organization
• Utilize a learning management system (MyLearning) to deliver and report leadership and learning content and programs
• Review, assess, and measure the success and performance of learning programs
• Establish a high standard of excellence within the function including identifying, communicating, localizing and implementing Leadership and Learning for all co workers in the country organization
• Responsible for aligning with the unit P&C leadership development and change process and ensuring global coherence and consistency across
• Partners with P&C Learning Specialist in the country and secures that learning operational activities are performed
• Responsible for building strong facilitator pools in the country
• Support P&C learning development continuously through both providing strategic and operational direction to the country organization
• Align with the country P&C learning development process and ensure global coherence and consistency across
• Lead / Own / Contribute (as applicable) with knowledge management for their scope of P&C area
• Lead leadership, learning and development initiatives locally and in the region in line with global learning strategies
• Analyze, assess and oversee an agile, future-fit and country-focused leadership, learning & development framework
• Ensure to build capabilities in country and deliver on stakeholder's talent development expectations through data-driven decision making
• Support in vendor selection, budget governance and learning programs delivery
• Demonstrate strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Activities include developing people and culture management strategies and policies to meet business needs; planning, administering, and reviewing activities concerned with recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, mobility, talent acquisition, diversity, talent management & organisation development and co-worker relations.
