Project Description:

• DXC Denmark will start the development of a new Payroll system to Ministry of Finance beginning of September 2024 and is therefor seeking new talented people to strengthen our current development organization.
• The New Payroll system is a 500 mill DKK greenfield development program and will use the newest technologies and agile development methodologies in order to deliver this mission critical system as on time. When fully staffed, the program organization will number around 100 highly skilled and motivated people from the customer and from DXC.
• This new payroll solution SLP (Statens Løn og Pensionssystem) will replace the current SLS (Statens Løn System) and will provide salaries and civil service pensions to approx. 350,000 people every month.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing guidance and monitoring the progress made with each project stage
• Facilitating suitable interventions to prevent costly delays
• Monitor and track successful realization of business goals
• Monitor and analyze project risk and maintain mitigating actions
• Compile and quality assure ongoing reporting, here under material for the Steerco meeting

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Relevant higher education within public administration and management, IT or related areas corresponding to a minimum bachelor level and plus 2 years working experience as PMO/Project consultant
• Experienced within project management and well aquinted with the project supporting processes.
• Good proficiency in project management software
• Good communication skills, both verbaly and in writing
• Great organizational and time-management skills
• Proactive and excelent collaboration skills
• The SLP project is a restricted system so the applincants should be able to be security cleared.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Knowledge and experience in Azure DevOps would be a plus

Languages:

• Danish: C2 Proficient
• English: B2 Upper Intermediate
