Our Opportunity

To support our ongoing growth, PROK are currently seeking a Account Manager to join our team. This full-time permanent opportunity is based in Bayswater, WA and is part of a dedicated team to implement strategic plans to ensure client retention. Reporting to the Aftermarket Sales Manager, this position will be responsible for the following key performance areas;


  • Maintain, develop and grow key relationships with key customers.
  • Work closely with our engineering and estimating experts to ensure our clients are receiving the best in class solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales opportunities on client requirements and expectations.
  • Ensure prompt quotations, technical recommendations and strong support are provided.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets for the conveyor components range.
  • Conduct regular visits to client sites to provide support where required.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of client operations to provide solutions
  • Implement exclusive agreements wherever possible for the PROK conveyor component range.


The Right Person

To be successful you will have;


  • A technical and/or mechanical background within the mining and materials handling industry.
  • Previous work experience within a similar environment is advantageous.
  • An enthusiastic and passionate service attitude to go above and beyond our client’s expectations.
  • Able to communicate effectively on all levels, with total commitment to quality and teamwork.
  • The ability to take the initiative and work autonomously, building strong client relationships and achieving results.
  • Demonstrated success in ‘hunter’ sales preferably within conveyor components field.
