The purposes of this role is to collaborate with various Subject Matter Experts (SME) within all areas of Ravago Manufacturing Operations and other areas as assigned to identify, prioritize, develop and facilitate training course content as it relates to RMA’s General Policy, Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and initiatives.
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
Performance must reflect appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below.
Development & Delivery of Technical Training
Partners with SME’s and assists in defining course objectives, scope and sequence of required and recommended training
Recommends instructional strategies, delivery media and assessment methods
Identify, Source and or Create and configure content which will include videos and the editing of videos in required software
Partner with outside vendors for any contracted services related to content creation or editing
Work multiple assigned projects in differing departments, locations and subjects simultaneously
Apply the RMA 7S for Success standards to the work area and all tasks
Learning Management System Administration
Load and test learning content and partner with software provider and IT to resolve issues users encounter with the courses
Maintain LMS courses based on any changes in policy or process
Work with Quality department to ensure all training records are maintained and that LMS is up to date
Assign LMS courses based on training strategies and on-boarding practices
Provide reporting of LMS utilization
Work with plant departments to maintain applicable training records both within and external to the LMS
Provide regular LMS updates to RMA LMS Leader and Site Leader / Plant Manager

Strong communication skills with the ability to document technical information with SME’s with high attention to detail.
