Position Overview
DEFTEC Corporation seeks a Training Manager to support the Space Training and Readiness Command Human Capital Directorate (S1). The S1 reaches across the STARCOM Enterprise to provide Personnel support (Military and Civilian), manpower support, systems and program integration, and civilian pay oversight. STARCOM/S1 develops United States Space Force (USSF) and United States Air Force human capital policies to prepare STARCOM forces to prevail in a Contested, Degraded, and Operationally Limited (CDO) environment. This position will provide training evaluations that include management of the Civilian Development Education, Acquisition Professional Development Program, AcqNow, recurring/ancillary training, operation of the Education Training Management Systems, and the MyTraining platform. Assists with training, such as web-based or computer-based training software or systems.

Job Responsibilities
- Supports training required to execute training management responsibilities for STARCOM and/or USSF.
- Assists with the delivery of development, operational, functional, and maintenance training.
- Support the development of program-specific handbooks and training courses (including computer-based training).
- Supports implementation and execution of training, education, and development policies, practices, and procedures through various venues, working groups, Integrated Process Teams, independent assessment visits, and consultation visits.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 Years of experience developing training plans in the USAF or USSF.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active Top Secret Clearance
