Position Overview


As the founding Senior Product Marketing Manager at Aircover, you will be instrumental in developing and leading our product marketing efforts. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, you will establish our market positioning, craft compelling narratives, and equip our teams with the tools they need for success.


The Role


As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will:


  • Lead strategic planning, including market analysis, understanding target markets, and formulating effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Craft and continually optimize our strategic narrative, messaging, and positioning across all market-facing communications, including our website, sales pitches, and digital content.
  • Develop deep product expertise, maintain a close relationship with the Product team, and lead the creation and enablement of product demos.
  • Drive Sales and Customer Success enablement by providing essential tools, messaging, and strategies to improve deal closure rates and market competitiveness.
  • Optimize pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market penetration.
  • Spearhead Analyst Relations, maintaining a strong understanding of the industry landscape and advancing our position within it.
  • Develop a content strategy that addresses each stage of the buyer’s journey.
  • Establish Aircover as a thought leader through compelling articles, event presentations, and influencer engagements.
  • Support partner and channel enablement with necessary materials, training, and support.
  • Conduct and respond to competitive analysis to keep our teams well-informed and competitive.


You


  • 8 years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise software, with a focus on creating differentiated and impactful messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic marketing initiatives and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player and self-starter with a high degree of ownership and drive.
