Requirements
2 years of Kitchen Management experience in a high-volume, full service restaurant
Prior Culinary Experience Leading a Kitchen Staff Required
Proven leadership ability
Passion for the restaurant industry
Commitment to the highest industry standards
Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays

Pay: $90,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year 10% quarterly bonus
