Regional Manager Responsibilities
Visit All Locations and Work with District Managers to Maximize Potential Profits
Assure Operational Practices are in Compliance with Corporate Guidelines and Company Policy
Handle All Marketing Objectives
Monitor Budgets, P&L, Labor, Merchandise Shrink, and Location Sales
Ensure Compliance with Safety Guidelines and Policies
Work With Vendors to Maximize Profitability
Assist District Managers in Critical Decisions Relating to Personnel and Locations
Regional Manager Requirements
Strong Work Ethic
Associate degree in Business or Related Field/Bachelor's Preferred
8-10 Years of Retail Regional Manager Experience
Ability to LIft 35lbs
Ability to Travel Long Distances
Weekend Work and Overnight Travel
Valid Driver's License
