We are looking for an experienced salesperson to join our field-based Process Analytics Sales team. The ideal candidate will be located in the greater Houston area and will cover a larger region that includes the southern U.S.

The Process Analytical Sales Representative is responsible for sales activities and results for the specified region. Experience selling a technical analytical solution to the process, in several focused markets (Chemical, Petro-Chem, Pharma, Bio-Tech, etc.) – and comprehensive understanding of the requirements and needs of the process customers, is a requirement.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
A track record selling complex capital systems in the process area in the focused markets, based on both technical and economic value at multiple decision levels within the customer organization
Know-how and experience to manage a large, high potential territory, and effectively increase the exposure for the company and our products that results in development and delivery of revenue growth
Experience and skills in defining and implementing a focused business development plan based on effective time/territory management
Key account management for Process Technologies, throughout the territory
Interface with corporate resources to deliver a quality customer experience
Be accountable and provide comprehensive feedback on opportunities and growth in the region
Position Responsibilities
The Sales Representative is responsible for sales activities and is accountable for sales results.
Manage selling effort, time in the territory and opportunity development activities as required to meet sales targets
Development and the implementation of a Sales Plan - aligned with the sales and marketing strategies, to effectively cover the territory, identify qualified customers.
Maintain the record of activities and utilize the company CRM to measure sales growth.
As part of the Process Team, implement the corporate sales and marketing strategy
Be the interface between customers and corporate technical resources. Ensure customer satisfaction.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in chemistry/chemical engineering or related discipline from a four-year college or university; and six to ten years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional requirements: Valid driver’s license, stable credit history and successful drug screening. Must be able to travel as per assigned by manager.
