Performance Marketing Manager

Our client in the consumer health products space is looking for a REMOTE, freelance Performance Marketing Manager to start this month, 40 hours per week, for at least three months, with strong possibility of extension.

Working closely with a digital agency partner who executes media buys and provides analytics for the client, the Performance Marketing Manager will evaluate the agency's buys, analyze ROI and provide recommendations to optimize plans, whether it's channel spend, platform decisions, creative and more.

Performance Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Evaluate performance of paid media campaigns across YouTube, Google, Meta and TikTok
• Adjust media buy and commitments based on performance across platforms
• Evaluate digital agency's performance (agility, accuracy of planned buys, etc.) and recommend improvements
• Manage retailer partners' (Target, WalMart, Amazon, etc.) self-service media platforms to understand keyword performance, analyze reports and optimize
• Manage creative agency execution of social media assets used for media campaigns
• For certain products where publications are part of the media mix, work with publications to identify which advertising packages align with client's product(s) and follow through on selected package end-to-end
• Support planning for optimal campaigns for new products

• Expertise evaluating and optimizing paid media campaigns across YouTube Google, Meta and TikTok
• Experience working closely with digital agency
• Experience managing retail partner platforms
