JumpCrew is currently seeking a seasoned Partnerships AE to lead our strategic partnership initiatives within the new business team. As the Partnerships Director, you will be instrumental in identifying and nurturing potential partnerships with new clients, developing comprehensive collaboration strategies, and driving revenue growth through effective coordination of internal departments. The Details

Title: Partnerships, Director

Location: Nashville, TN

Hybrid Work Schedule:

  • Work From Home: Monday and Friday
  • In-Office: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification and qualification of high-value inbound leads
  • Conduct thorough research and evaluation of accounts to identify accounts to decision-makers
  • Drive outbound sales activities through targeted calls and emails to engage prospective clients effectively
  • Develop customized partnership proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of clients
  • Implement and optimize CRM systems to manage and track the sales pipeline efficiently
  • Close high-value opportunities and oversee the execution of partnership contracts
  • Address objections, inquiries, and establish performance expectation models for potential clients
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Provide leadership and support to the Partnership Manager and Partnership Account Executives
  • Manage the Partnership Team to ensure they meet targets and goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a full cycle closing sales role, preferably in an enterprise environment
  • Experience working in CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals to achieve sales quota
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated individual with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong integrity and work ethic
