Kelly Services is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.


Overview: The Order Management Supply Chain Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of orders from receipt to fulfillment. This individual will be responsible for managing order processing, inventory management, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to fulfill customer orders.
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to prioritize orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
  • Communicate order status and updates to customers as needed, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the order fulfillment process.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve order management processes to optimize efficiency and minimize errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall supply chain performance.
  • Generate reports and analyze data related to order management and inventory to support decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements that may impact order management processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain management roles.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • APICS certification or other relevant supply chain certifications.
  • Experience working in [specific industry/niche].
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and import/export processes.
