Purpose: In this position you will support in the placement of International Licensee seasonal production orders to vendors. Review localized product to ensure cohesive brand presence globally. Act as communication liaison for Global assortment detail and materials to International and US domestic partners.


Responsibilities


  • Facilitate International localized product approval process. Ensuring product is appropriate to market, meets brand direction criteria, and seamlessly integrates into the larger global product line. Manage approval calendars and communication with ABG on approved styles.
  • Identify seasonal brand messaging, key items, and integrate looks from brand seasonal overviews either in global or localized products.
  • Facilitate production placement for all international licensee orders based on seasonal timeframe.
  • Work with US sourcing team to ensure orders are placed with vendors to achieve on time order placement and delivery for international licensees.
  • Facilitate flow of US assortment changes to international licensees via change notification and verify any questions regarding this document.
  • Support communication and tracking regarding file sharing, record keeping, and communication with licensees.
  • Support with Global Market weeks preparations.
  • Facilitate vendor compliance updates to ensure vendor have up to date information on licensee shipping and packaging requirements.
  • Perform such other duties as directed by the supervisor


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • 1 years experience working in cross-functional environment, managing multiple critical tasks with competing priorities.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High sense of urgency
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration. Job duties may be performed effectively using the hybrid work program designated by the company.
  • This is a hybrid position that requires working from the office 3 days per week
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States.


This is a Temporary position. The pay is $20-29 hourly.
