Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.
Collaborate with teams to address concerns and improve processes.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Assist in creating and maintaining help desk documentation.
Ensure a positive customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
Adhere to SLAs and achieve KPIs for response and resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
Proven help desk or customer support experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with operating systems, hardware, and software.
Proficiency in help desk and CRM tools.
Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding expectations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns.
Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
