Quality Assurance and Training Specialist - Patient Access & Support Services | Luminis Health Care Enterprise

Here are the key responsibilities and requirements:
- Design and maintain training materials and resources for the Patient Access and Support Services Team.
- Conduct new hire departmental training sessions and provide ongoing support and coaching.
- Develop competency assessments and conduct training evaluations.
- Monitor quality of work, identify areas for improvement, and develop training plans.
- Collaborate with department leaders on performance improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on system changes and updates to ensure efficient workflows.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of related Patient Access experience in a healthcare setting.
- Prior experience in Registration/Scheduling/Pre-Certification is required.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and conducting employee training programs.
- Knowledge of Quality Improvement methods and process redesign techniques.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- CHAA certification preferred, required within 6 months of hire.
- Epic Credentialed or obtained within 12 weeks of hire.
- High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in a Healthcare related field or Business Administration preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field in lieu of degree.
