Summary

The Global Director of Revenue Enablement is responsible for aligning sales strategy and execution to accelerate Varonis' transformation and growth. This individual will lead and manage the establishment, execution, and ongoing development of a Global Training and Sales Force Effectiveness function with clearly defined objectives, strategies, tactics, and action plans.

The Global Director of Revenue Enablement is responsible for developing and executing the enablement strategy for Varonis. This includes working closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing teams to design, develop, and deliver training, content, and programs that enable our teams to sell Varonis’s solutions. You will act as the lead on the new product releases for the entire field audience.

The Global Director of Revenue Enablement will be an integral part of the team designed to strategically improve field performance. You will be responsible for supporting the execution of our major global in-person and virtual training programs, assisting in the implementation of our e-learning curriculums, and management of sales-specific tools.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales, Sales Engineering, Services, Product, and Product Marketing teams to develop training content and programs
  • Partner closely with leadership to prioritize needs and plan
  • Act as the lead on new product releases for the entire field audience
  • Partner with the members of the Enablement team to ensure alignment between all enablement programs and initiatives
  • Develop and implement a technical reporting and analytics program that provides insights into the effectiveness of our enablement programs and initiatives
  • Develop, lead, and manage the delivery and execution of training programs.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to regional and country-level teams in planning and executing global enablement strategies, tactics, and programs to meet go-to-market plans
  • Streamline sales onboarding and training delivery to sales and coaching of facilitators
  • Drive continuous improvement in training delivery and sales productivity, including the selection and management of e-learning delivery tools, application exercises and feedback processes
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics of program and sales success
  • Ensure consistent adoption of the sales methodology in partnership with Sales Management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; Graduate degree preferred
  • A minimum of 6-8 years relevant experience in global sales of which a minimum of 3 years has been in leading a global sales force training function.
  • Software/ IT Tech company background is mandatory, cybersecurity industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of training technology and methodologies to recommend strategies to improve adoption and application.
  • Relevant experience in preparing, developing, and executing global sales force effectiveness strategies, tactics, and action plans.
  • Demonstrable ability to collaboratively build and lead teams of internal and external members in a dynamic and fast-moving organization.
  • Strong project management skills
  • A motivated self-starter with a high energy level
  • Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
