Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Facilitator in Philadelphia, PA, along with other cities nationwide. Your role will be crucial in helping individuals heal, transform, and regain productivity in their work/life while also contributing to the company's bottom line.
Qualifications
Experience in facilitating workshops/training sessions
Strong understanding of resilience-building and burnout prevention
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in high-stress industries or trauma-informed care is a plus
