Job Description

BASIC POSITION FUNCTION:

Responsible for technical/production support, of aerospace and aero-derivative gas turbine systems for assigned areas and its applicability to OEM businesses.

Essential Duties/Tasks

• Support the creation of a Tooling Management System (learn process flow and needs, follow current tooling processing cycle, engage Eng/Ops/Qual/CI to develop a management/tracking/inspecting system to take care of our tooling) & EB Maintenance paper logbook to electronic form/logbook development .
• Support product engineers to retrieve criteria needed to certify product qualification.
• Ensure that needed qualification parts are available per project plan and coordinate activities to ensure on time delivery.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's enrolled as a college degree seeking student
• Preferred majors - Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials Science, or Chemical engineering
• Ability to work onsite for 25 - 29 hours a week during summer, fall and spring semester.
