Position: Director of Business Development (Telecommunications)

Position Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic and accomplished Director of Business Development to lead our clients initiatives within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales and business development, supported by a proven track record of success in the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and implement strategic plans to foster business expansion within the telecommunications industry.
  • Seek and capitalize on new business opportunities by establishing relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Maintain and expand a robust network of industry contacts to enhance strategic alliances and business opportunities.
  • Guide the sales team in crafting and deploying sales strategies that achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of superior service quality to clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Oversee sales performance, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance service promotion and brand recognition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales and business development, specifically within the telecommunications industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and its major players.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven skills in building and maintaining client and industry relationships.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing sales teams.
