Elsdon Technology are proud to partner with a market-leading, Top-20 CPA, Advisory and Technology firm in the US who are hiring for multiple live vacancies. This client has multiple offices across the country but will hire remotely within the US. Founded 40 years ago, they support clients across an array of industries within their technology-specific subsidiary.
The Role
Within their Technology Consulting Practice, this client is looking to hire a Delivery Lead to join their NetSuite Division. The chosen candidate will utilize best practices and methodologies to architect solutions, lead implementations and govern/lead projects for their clients. They will oversee consulting resources, clients and vendors throughout projects, providing ongoing management, solution architecture, configuration, deployment and support assistance. Crucial to the role, the chosen candidate will engage on business development activities including project estimation, pre-sales and deal closure.
The core responsibilities will include:
Lead as the overall project facilitator in relation to Solution Design, Delivery & Execution.
Design & Architect solutions as per business & technical requirements and apply standardized delivery methods across all projects.
Lead client status meetings in conjunction with PM's and provide regular updates.
Drive utilization or project team members through delegation of tasks and resource planning to meet project profitability goals.
Assess existing NetSuite solutions and identify opportunities for optimizations, providing associated recommendations, roadmap and estimated effort.
Understand and configure NetSuite modules.
Contribute to Pre-Sales & Business Development initiatives including solicitation of high-level solution requirements, business application demonstrations, proposal development, drafting project plans with scope and estimated effort.
Requirements
5 years, hands on Techno-Functional NetSuite experience including implementation and deployment of ERP systems, management and hands-on configuration capacities.
Experience with multi-subsidiary, multi-currency and intercompany based transaction flow and accounting.
Strong understanding of primary business processes including SFM, CRM, Procure to Pay, Design to Build, Order to Cash, Project Accounting, Return to Credit, Customer Support, Core Financials and CPM.
Demonstrate an ability to win new business (Business Development) and be an asset towards Pre-Sales engagements.
Understanding of strategy and operations relating to technical Consulting and delivery of projects.
