The Client Success Manager is the link between our community college and technical school clients and the CLARUS Digital Operations team. The Client Success Manager serves as an expert on the client’s needs, goals, challenges, and expectations, and acts as both an advocate for the client and a representative for CLARUS. They will possess significant experience working both in teams and directly with clients, and show a strong affinity toward organizing project information and identifying client needs. Client Success Managers have a strong grasp on the digital capabilities and product offerings of CLARUS to fully understand the scope of work and deliverables, while successfully meeting the satisfaction of stakeholders in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and long-term retention
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement
Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly, providing excellent support and ensuring client satisfaction
Clearly communicate the progress of deliverables to internal and external stakeholders and ensure smooth transitions and consistent communication
Campaign Execution and Delivery of Insights
Review all client-provided assets to ensure digital marketing best practices are met and advise on provided creative, landing pages, and audience details as needed
Ensure that CLARUS Ops team and/or any applicable vendor partners meet deadlines to launch campaigns on time while meeting the defined strategy and goals of the client
Coordinate with internal teams, including but not limited to Project Managers, Digital Strategists, and Campaign Specialists to ensure seamless campaign execution
Works in tandem with CLARUS Operations team to analyze campaign data to provide actionable recommendations and optimizations for future campaigns
Ability to deliver high-level strategic reporting insights, highlighting key performance metrics and campaign outcomes
Sales
Cultivate consultative relationships with clients and package integrated solutions
Manage sales process through to close and onboarding of new clients
Develop and maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of renewal, growth, and new business sales opportunities to achieve annual sales goals
Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in higher education enrollment management and/or marketing, preferably at a community college or regional college or university
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
Entrepreneurial mindset to collaborate with business development leadership to identify opportunities and processes that support sales growth
Flexibility to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, prioritization skills, and attention to detail
Ability to build and nurture client and employee relationships
Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Ability to quickly learn new processes, adapt to changing processes and technologies, and receive constructive feedback
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google tools (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
Effective communication and time management skills for a remote work environment as well as the ability to use/learn multiple technology platforms and switch between them on a regular basis
Must be able to work at a computer for prolonged periods
Experience
Bachelor’s degree; Communications, Business, Marketing, or Advertising preferred, or commensurate experience
Experience working in a marketing, communications, or sales environment
