The Finance Manager is required to review each customer’s credit application, present financing options, and prepare the delivery documentation.

What Success Looks Like

• Determining the customers needs for finance and payment options.
• Present service contracts, Gap Coverage, and other beneficial programs.
• Prepare paperwork accurately and finalize financial traction in a legal and ethical manner.
• Achieve monthly forecasts for Finance and Insurance income, penetration levels, and customer service.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price, competing sales or purchase contracts, explain provisions, explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing.
• Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with customers, suggesting trade ins, meeting prospects at community activities, responding to inquires and recommending sales.

• Retail or customer service experience. Sales experience is required
• Competitive in nature- likes to win, but Does the Right Thing always
