RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tracks alumni activity within InterAction;
- Collaborates with the HRIS team to ensure that the data between PeopleSoft, InterAction and Vuture is consistent and updated regularly;
- Monitors changes in alumni status and researches any changes in status to update Firm’s records;
- Helps manage and distribute emails to the alumni network;
- Maintains and tracks in-house legal positions on Career Center on the Firm’s alumni center;
- Upon associate departure, coordinates communication to chosen alumni partner;
- Assists with researching and preparing of daily executive moves email;
- Manages the ongoing administration of InterAction, including data integrity and duplicate management;
- Attends to ongoing maintenance, researching contact information for maintenance purposes, generating reports on company and contact information for Partners and departments, and special projects/applications that arise for InterAction; and
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required;
- 1 years of working with InterAction (or equivalent CRM system) and Vuture (or equivalent email marketing/alumni system);
- Possess technical systems knowledge;
- Excellent time management and research skills;
- Solid verbal and written communications skills;
- Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
- InterAction Database knowledge preferred;
- Familiar with basic marketing principles;
- Must be extremely detail-oriented;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Capable of working well under pressure and coordinating several activities at one time;
- Able to see projects through to completion; and
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
