What We’re Looking For

SuperCare Health is seeking a dynamic, driven and experienced Business Development Liaison to support SuperCare’s leadership team with initiatives designed to drive strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts, and facilitate acquisitions within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should possess an understanding of the healthcare industry, respiratory care and DME, and have exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnership Development:

  • Complete objectives and goals at the direction of SuperCare’s VP of Business Development & Strategic Accounts. Work with other leaders and stakeholders within the SuperCare organization to identify opportunities and strengthen strategic planning and execution of objectives and goals.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics and payor organizations, with an emphasis on frequent interactions and persistent follow-ups.
  • Engage in extensive cold-calling and proactive outreach to potential partners, demonstrating the ability to pursue leads effectively, similar to a dynamic sales team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of potential partners' business objectives, challenges, and needs to tailor partnership proposals effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop partnership strategies and contracting opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.

Contract Negotiation And Management

  • Lead contract negotiation processes with healthcare providers, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure contracts are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review, modify, and finalize contracts.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Acquisition Strategy And Execution

  • Identify potential acquisition targets within the healthcare industry through market research, industry analysis, and networking.
  • Evaluate acquisition opportunities based on strategic fit, financial viability, and potential synergies.
  • partner in due diligence efforts, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors to assess risks and opportunities associated with potential acquisitions.
  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies, including negotiation of terms, integration planning, and post-acquisition management.

Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare executives, industry partners, and regulatory bodies, through persistent and strategic outreach.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations and acquisition targets, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Market Analysis And Strategy Development

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting the healthcare landscape.
  • Conduct market analysis and opportunity assessments to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term business development strategies and initiatives.

This role may be a fit for you if you have…

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR equivalent business development, sales, marketing, or sales experience in healthcare; DME/HME experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, and/or acquisitions within the healthcare industry.Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, including regulatory requirements, reimbursement models, and emerging trends
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving successful business outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in sales, CRM, cold calling, email communication and relationship management
