Compensation Range: Base Pay - $40,000 incentives Averaging $50k-120k (Base Pay - $36,500 incentives. First year average total compensation including incentives $60k. On Target Earnings of $66k, 60-70% of Customer Specialist exceed the OTE at 12 months)

How do our Sales Consultants Drive Impact?

After successful completion of our Sales Training Program; our Salesperson will walk our customer through the entire vehicle buying process.

• Assist customer on buying desired vehicle
• Educate customers on financial products and financing options
• Able to maintain the unit average and the minimum performance that is required by the store
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
• Proven experience working within a team environment.
• Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
• This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, not required.
